Nestled in the heart of Orange Beach within the Seaside Beach and Racquet Club complex, this beautiful unit offers convenience with shopping, activities, and restaurants in close proximity. Adjacent to Adventure Island, and with Doc’s Seafood and Steaks, Bubba’s Seafood House, and Live Bait just steps away, you’re surrounded by coastal delights. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee pot, opens up to the living room, which has a sleeper sofa and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the sandy beach and ocean. The bedroom boasts a king bed and a new flat-screen smart TV for easy access to your favorite streaming services. The newly renovated bathroom provides ample space. For added convenience, there’s a laundry closet within the unit. Wi-Fi and smart TV’s are provided for logging in to your streaming services of choice, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience. Rest easy during your stay at Seaside 3705 Peace – we’ve got you covered with starter supplies, bed linens, and bath towels provided. All you need to bring are your beach towels to kickstart your vacation by the ocean.

The unit is located on the 7th floor in Building 3 with an elevator on the west end of the building. Luggage carts are conveniently located at the stairwell. Guests will receive a digital code to gain access to the unit.

Parking passes: A single parking pass will need to be purchased upon arrival at the security booth for $50 (cards only, no cash or check accepted). Rates and rules for parking permits are set by the HOA and subject to change. There is ample parking located near Building 3 and 4.

Please note that Seaside 3705 Peace is a pet-free unit. The HOA regulations prohibit guests from bringing animals to ensure a comfortable and compliant stay. Any guests caught violating this rule, will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
