Perfect location whether it’s for a family vacation, sports event, or visiting the Gulf Coast for the well known Shrimp Fest and The Hangout Festival! Snowbirds and mid term rentals welcomed as well!! Nestled conveniently near shopping, dining, entertainment and public beach access points (nearest access point with a light and crosswalk is only .2 miles away from the complex), it offers a cozy retreat with a balcony overlooking little lagoon. The pristine white beaches are just steps away, with landmarks like the Main Gulf Shores Park Public Beach Access and The Hangout a short drive or 15-minute walk.

Enjoy the convenience of designated, covered parking for up to two small vehicles or one larger vehicle with your reservation. Parking passes are required to be purchased upon arrival at the rate of $25.00 per vehicle (up to 2) and are good for the duration of the stay. QR codes are posted for easy guest access to scan and pay over the phone. Additional parking is available in uncovered guest spaces on the East side of the complex on a first come first serve basis, but will also be subject to any HOA requirements for parking passes.

About the unit: While the complex does not have an elevator, Las Palmas 106 Freedom is located on the First floor and nestled at the top of only one flight of stairs. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuring a restful retreat during your stay. Bedroom 2 features a comfortable queen bed, and the living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, ensures you have everything you need for a delightful vacation. Both the primary and guest bathrooms are full-sized, simplifying the morning routine for everyone. Enjoy the convenience of free WIFI and cable in the unit, along with complimentary starter supplies, bed linens, and bath towels—just bring your beach towels to kickstart your vacation!

The complex amenities include two pools, BBQ grills, and recently updated laundry facilities on each floor for added convenience. *No Change machine located onsite so guests are suggested to bring quarters if planning to utilize onsite laundry.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
